ARCHITECT (Newly Qualified) or ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Required for our manufacturing company based in Barfrestone, Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: -
Able to produce detailed technical drawings when required
Have excellent AutoCAD, photoshop, sketch up skills.
Experience in InDesign and 3d rendering packages.
Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Good presentation skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Would be useful to have knowledge of technical construction and understanding of current UK Building/Planning Regulations.
You must be a confident, friendly and outgoing person who is able to work well within a team or alone.
Hours: 08.30am - 5.00pm
28 days per annum (this includes all bank holidays)- Pro-Rated for commencement of employment part way through the year.
Workplace Pension
Salary: To be discussed at interview
Must have transport due to the location of the business and that there is no public transport to the village.
This is a non-smoking site due to the nature of the business.
