* Conduct thorough inspections of stock to assess condition and identify any issues.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock conditions.
* Prepare reports and provide recommendations for maintenance and improvements.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure stock is maintained to the highest standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
* The ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
