Helpdesk Administrator
  £32000 - £35000 per annum

Our client, a family run business in Woodford Green are seeking a proactive and detailed orientated detail-orientated IT Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys solving technical issues and is confident working with a variety of software systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Providing 1st Line IT support to staff either face to face or via the telephone.
* Assisting with assent management, including tracking the hardware and software inventory
* Support ordering and invoicing processes in collaboration with management team
* Trouble shooting and resolving issues across a range of in house and off the shelf software

Skills and Experience:

* Previous IT experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise
* Networking and troubleshooting experience
* Microsoft 365, ticketing systems and asset tracking tools

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
