This position will be to look after the coordination of an account management team, ensuring client enquiries, accounts and processes are in order and overseeing the operations of the department. Duties may look like:
- Receiving client enquiries, ensuring they are passed on to relevant team members
- Tracking client accounts, making sure there are no issues that need to be raised or resolved
- Ensure account managers have everything they need to contribute to success
- Creating reports and monitoring accounts and jobs
- Escalate problems or situations to relevant team
What we are looking for…
A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate 2+ years of office experience, strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Ideally, you would be available right away or have up to a 2 week notice to serve...
Salary £40,000
