Your understanding of system maintenance, security practices and routine operational processes will enable you to maintain a secure and dependable IT environment. You will be comfortable managing user administration tasks in systems such as Active Directory or Azure and confident in deploying and configuring IT equipment and applications. A good grasp of networking will help you monitor infrastructure effectively and resolve connectivity challenges as they arise. Strong organisational skills are key and you must have a supportive, proactive, solutions‑focused mindset to allow you to contribute meaningfully to ongoing IT projects and user and service improvements.
