Your new company A long-established and highly reputable main contractor seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the South East. This business has been delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes for decades, working closely with building surveyors, architects, landlord's, property management firms and many of Londo 's Great Estates on a range of technically challenging schemes. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to manage multiple live projects (typically 3-5 at any one time). Projects are typically in the 500k - £2mill range, based in and around central London.
