Your new company An established regional main contractor working across the greater London and SE area now seeks an experienced site manager to oversee a new project in the Sutton area. The project is a new build apartment scheme, traditional build creating approx. 25 new homes. Due on site imminently and programmed to run for 18 months, this is a private development. The role has arisen via gro th and is an addition to the existing construction team. The role is for a site manager - No.1 on site. Your new role As Senior site manager, you will be number one on site and have full responsibility for running the scheme. You will be supported via a visiting contracts manager and surveyor. You will join the project at an early stage and have direct input into the build programme and design co-ordination. You will be responsible for all health and safety paperwork on site as well as subcontract management and quality control.
