We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a customer facing environment. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer experience combined with the tenacity to hit sales targets and the capacity to grow your skills and knowledge. We are inviting applications for people with either experience in the motor sector or those looking to join this exciting business.
Experience in the automotive sector is not a pre requisite.
If you do not have experience in the automotive sector and your application is successful you will join our New to Car Sales programme; an intensive 3 month induction programme, designed to give you all the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the finest Volvo sales customer experience.
This will be a blend of product, systems, and process training including instructor led courses at Volvo Car UK’s Training and Development Centre in Northamptonshire, e-learning and self-study. Following a final assessment you will achieve a nationally recognised sales qualification awarded by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).
If you do have experience in this sector you will still undertake intensive learning of our product and it doesn’t stop there – you will have access to the Volvo Cars Performance Academy to keep your knowledge and skills in tip top condition throughout your career.
