Part Time: 14 hours per week
Salary: £30, 000 per annum pro rata
Working with the Human Resources (HR) Director the primary purpose of this highly generalist role is to support the smooth running of an efficient and professional HR service to managers, staff and clergy throughout Diocesan House and all its Staff teams from pre- appointment to post employment.
If you enjoy a variety of work offering objective advice and support, have a great eye for detail and an ability to handle a number of competing priorities at any one time then this diverse and interesting role could be the job for you! Ideally you’ll have knowledge of people processes and employee relations/law best practice.
