The Role

As Student Records Manager you will be responsible for the management of the Student Record team and the operational delivery of institution wide processes, including student and module registration. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the continued enhancement of student data quality and ensures the delivery of efficient student records processes that support institutional objectives, enhance the student experience, and align with regulatory requirements.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in the role you will be degree-qualified with experience working in student record and academic administration. Sound working knowledge and experience of the Further or Higher Education regulatory environment is essential as well as operational management experience of delivering institution wide student processes.

Your experience in managing student records and data quality, alongside proficiency in using SITS, or similar student record system, will ensure that a continuous improvement mindset is applied to process design, the further enhancement of institution data quality, and improved student experience.

You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in using different reporting tools to support student record management and a proven ability to think quickly and solve problems.
