Site and Office Manager

Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.

We are looking for a passionate, fun-loving individual who is looking to build a career in an established but fast-growing company that not only runs one of the busiest Laser Tag Centres in the UK but also manufactures the Laser Tag Equipment.

This means you will have dual responsibilities for both managing and running all elements of an exciting Laser Tag centre at weekend but also the thrill of working in fun, rewarding office environment during the week.

About us:
Combat Laser Games is one of the longest running outdoor Laser Tag Centre in the UK, running the busiest and best games every weekend in our Forest based arena.

We also manufacture the best Laser Tag equipment in the world from our manufacturing unit based in Medway where we then ship globally to corporate clients.

What we are looking for?

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar environment.

Your role will involve all operational aspects of running our Laser Tag centre one day at the weekends to ensure guests have an amazing but safe time.

Four days during the week will then be office based in our manufacturing unit in Medway where you will undertake a varied and interesting role supporting all aspects of the business with a focus on growing both the Laser Tag site and the equipment sales.

You will require:

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work unsupervised, continually being proactive, using initiative.

General office skills – Excel, Word

Manage incoming bookings, nurturing and grow relationships with schools and corporate clients.

Proactive and positive mindset.

Required for the role:

• Needs to be 25 years of age to drive company vehicle
• Experience managing a team in an outdoor activity environment
• Driving License
• First Aid Certificate (can be obtained during role)
• References.
