Role Title: Neighbourhood Response Officer
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,654 to £38,317 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Location: East Kent Areas, based at our Stanhope Office, Ashford
Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
You’ll be managing a portfolio of our estates across East Kent, carrying out minor communal repairs, disability adaptations, site safety checks, rubbish removal and completing general caretaking responsibilities including estate inspections and monitoring of cleaning and grounds maintenance.
What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our Neighbourhood Response teams, to cover our homes and communities across East Kent.
Your experience of completing general property repairs will be valuable to ensure you’re able to provide an effective service in customers homes and communal areas. Together with a current driving licence, an appreciation of the needs of older or vulnerable people and of the role of a housing association are a must.
You’ll be driving a Moat branded van and wearing your Moat uniform with pride, providing our customers with the highest quality service. You’ll be provided with full IT equipment including laptop, iPad and mobile phone.
