What you\'ll need to succeed * GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), Grade C or above. * They must be flexible in their approach to work, self-motivated and be able to prioritise their work effectively in order to meet deadlines. * They will also need to possess good interpersonal qualities, strong communication skills and be computer-literate. * Previous knowledge and experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous, although not essential, as training will be provided.
